Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are sent into production immediately after payment is received.
• Production takes 2-5 business days, but this can vary depending on product, design, and season.
• Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after purchase.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will be able to follow its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed items once the item has shipped. If your package appears lost, please contact us at info@twentythreeapparelco.com so we can locate your lost item(s).

Incorrect or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and your order number so we can make it right.
