RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Twenty Three Apparel Co., all items are custom-made to order. Because each product is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues (please check the size guide before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed shipping outside of our control
